And the lesson was.....?

Well, I haven't taught it yet....but it's Ephesians 5 and the roles of wives and husbands. Basically, the big idea is that as we take on different roles as we are submitted to Christ. Wives, by following Gods plan....love and submit like Jesus did. Husbands, love and lead like Jesus did. Together...marriages display Jesus and the church.....and the GOSPEL. Our marriages are living, walking, breathing examples of the gospel. It's ,no wonder marriage is under attack and why the church needs to get if fixed! I believe, in light of these scriptures..that if our marriages were better....our spreading of the gospel would be better. It is possible!
